Queer Life Drawing // January 2024

Join us for an afternoon of lifting up queer bodies with an opportunity to draw with a live model and build community. We will do a structured schedule with gesture drawings in the beginning and moving into longer poses as time goes on. This is not a queer only event but it is a queer space and we do seek to highlight queer trans poc and fat bodies! Our ticket price is to cover paying our model for their time! Bring your favorite mediums and surfaces to work on and we’ll see you there!!

¡Bomb Bomb at T’Mom’s! as in we get to take over one of the coolest spots in Philly – a QuEeR bOmB! No cover, cheap & delicious drinks, annnd it’s also pierogi night, oh joy! If you’ve been to a Sip City Mixer at T’Mom’s, you know what a great night it truly is.

We meet upstairs and always stay past 10pm if you can’t make it til a little later. Pool table is first come, first serve. Whether you are a crafty or creative queer or not – come hang out with @sipcitylofi while we while away the fall afternoon at @tmoms! Bring whatever portable craft you love. Knitting, crocheting, sketching, beading, anything! And if you’re not particularly creative, come by and just chill with us! Its a nice chance to hang out with other queer people who aren’t necessarily into the party scene!

PLUS—Don’t have your own crafting supplies? No problem! TMoms will have fun and creative materials available for Craft Sunday!

Sip City Mixer: Femme Pride

Sip City Mixer had such a blast with their butch/masc mixer, and now they’re honoring the FEMMES! No femme invisibility tonight! This mixer will celebrate and center ALL femmes, those who love them, date them, and are friends with them. While it’s not a singles party, per se, we’ll have nametags with space for all kinds of helpful info, so if you are single, let people know*!

What kinds of femmes are we celebrating? ALL – high femmes, low femmes, stemmes, trans femmes, old school femmes, hard femmes, bi femmes, non-binary femmes. No one will be left out.

*Here’s what we mean. If you’re single, you can write things on your nametag like…. F4F, F4B(utch), Femme top 4 masc switch, and so on. Whatever you like! Poly people, please do note that on your nametag.
