Queer Arts Night

We are hosting a Queer Arts Night! Yay Diff is offering a fully customizable Charm Bar with 200+ charm and chain options. In addition, local poet Maya Workowski will be hosting a Writing Workshop and reading from her book Quiver. We welcome everyone to mix and mingle while designing and creating with local Philly artists.

Get ready for a whole new twist on You Can’t Kill a Poet with our first ever Poetry Meets Comedy Night! The theme for the night is Villain Origin Stories, so swing by Tattooed Mom on September 18th for a night of queer and trans poets and performers serving up a wild mix of stand-up, sketch, and poems that’ll have you laughing, crying, and maybe plotting your own villain origin story. It’s gonna be a fun night where the laughs are real, the poetry’s sharp, and the vibes are unbeatable. Don’t miss out! Tattooed Mom. Doors at 7:30, show starts at 8pm. Free for all, 21+!

Recently voted “Best Comedy Night” by Philly Mag, Next In Line Comedy is a Philly-based comedy collective run by comedians Manny Brown and Tyler Wolf. The group has also been featured in Philadelphia Inquirer, Thrillist, and PhillyVoice.

Perfect for a date night or just a night out. The shows feature quickly rising comedians, who are ‘next in line,’ and gives Philly audiences a chance to watch incredible stand-up comedy at a low price (FREEEE!). The comics come from NYC, LA, Philly, and beyond, with credits from Comedy Central, Netflix, HBO, MTV, and more!

On The Floor Presents: Mom’s Mayhem Indie Improv Cage Match // August 2024

Indie cage match is back baby! UpDog Productions is hosting the hottest night of indie comedy and things are going to get ROUGH. Join us as two of Philly’s best improv teams battle it out in a wrestling-style show and compete for the title of Mom’s Mayhem Champion. This month we really have something special. Returning champs DadBod will be going for their three-peat and a chance to enter the Moms Mayhem Hall of Fame! Can they take out challengers Luardo/Braslavsky and bring home the golden belt?
