Cinema Ray presents: Rare Exports

Join Cinema Ray for a screening of Rare Exports, the horrific holiday tale set in the Korvatunturi Mountains where the biggest, most evil secret about Santa exists!

Be sure to get there early for a lucky ticket drawing for terrific prizes, followed by an award winning short film. As a bonus, show up in an ugly holiday sweater for additional cool prizes!

The festivities begin at 8pm with the doors opening at 7:15pm. Admission is $5.00.

The series also includes "DINNER" and "BREAKFAST" (aka #DINNERMOVIE2). Aleksandra wrote, produced and directed all three, while also starring in them. The films present bold characters who are often motivated by strange and irrepressible impulses which draw them into an enchanting dream-like world. There will be five short films by writer/director/producer Spowzer Lertwammy:

DINNVERVERSE “Hors D’oeuvre” Premiere

The next course in the DINNERVERSE is served!

Come enjoy “Hors D’oeuvre” (aka “DINNERMOVIE5”) during this premiere screening at Tattooed Mom on Sunday April 7th at 7pm.

This film is “A Quiet Place” meets the #TimesUp movement. Shot with vintage cameras on 16mm film, with a sweeping original score and a 100% female cast and crew, “Hors D’oeuvre” is a truly unique short film! (Bonus: the film was also shot entirely in the Philadelphia area!)

 

Synopsis:
During a road trip three girlfriends are stranded in a strange town where no one will utter a word. They soon learn that the town is cursed and they must use their collective power to stop the monster haunting it.
