It’s about the experience of running her very own cookie sale, working with others, and building a lifetime of confidence as she learns five skills (goal setting, decision making, money management, people skills, and business ethics) essential to leadership, success, and life.

Help Philly DSA raise money to aid their fight for a more just world & show what you know at this Philly DSA Quizzo Fundraiser!
There will be six rounds of questions to test your knowledge! Compete for fun prizes! Don’t worry if you’re not an expert on Karl Marx and Rosa Luxemburg; the questions will all be general knowledge, rather than specifically about socialism!
$5-$10 suggested donation per person to play! Feel free to bring a team, or show up alone & join up with other people! Maximum 5 people per team!

LETTERS: Graffiti Art Fundraiser Show
LETTERS is a fundraiser for George Washington Carver High School’s new mural/horticultural project in North Philadelphia. Consisting of 12 graffiti artists, featured artist will exhibit some of their newest canvas works along with several boards set up for sticker collaborations. There will be canvases, zines and art supplies for sale. Additionally, there will be raffle prizes and giveaways throughout the night & donations will be accepted.

Philly Moon Men: Full Moon Party!
South Street’s favorite brothers are taking TMOMs to the Moon!
Join the Philly Moon Men at Tattooed Mom on Friday April 19th, the night of the Full Moon. Howl at the Pink-Moon in Libra with multiple views up to 100x closer—including two telescopes on the street, and two telescopes inside on Tattooed Mom’s second floor!
FREE // 21+ to come inside!
The Moon rises and sets about 50 minutes later each day. On April 19, the Moon will rise above the horizon at 8:03PM—and over the building line on South Street at about 8:45PM. So come down, grab a drink, and get some tots as we count down & party ’til the full moon rises!
Are you new to the world of the Philly Moon Men? Learn about how optics can unlock the mysteries of the Universe! See the original New York Times newspaper from the Apollo 11 moon landing! Hold a scale model of the Moon in your Earthling hands! As their telescopes were picked lovingly from our neighbors, Philly Aids Thrift, thrift-ed attire is also encouraged.
